DETECTIVE AND INVESTIGATION CHARGES

The person who wants to get the best result would not like to compromise on here expenditure especially when his/her peace of mind or life is disturbed or at stake. There may not be so many companies operating in Delhi or in other areas of various states in India, which may not be dependable on various reasons viz the quality of staff, to have required information in a very discreet way avoiding the leakage on exposing the identity above that quality of information. Our agency would satisfy the client with 100 correct and reliable information otherwise would refund the amount without any hesitation
Secondly, before approaching us, kindly find it yourself that very few genuine agencies would quote their professional charge (off-course it can time). Also, there are agencies that would come out with hidden charge or any other changed with the passage of charges later on (during the course or before giving reports) but we assure that we always maintain 100% transparency and our agents work with sincerity and honesty which will be appreciated by the client himself.

CONSULTATION FEES

When visiting our office at initial stage for discussion of case and hiring our services , Consultation Fee of Rs 2000/- is charged. If our services are hired on mutual understanding, then this amount is adjusted otherwise consultation fee is not refundable. Lump sum fee for Guidance and monitoring the case/ operation is Rs 12,000/-. However, per day charges are mentioned separately as under:-

INVESTIGATION CHARGES

It is also correct that the charges vary from case to case It depends upon the manpower, resources, equipments and time frame required in each assignment. Further, it depends upon various factors like geographical, religious and risk involved There is generally no thumb rule for the charges.

SURVEILLANCE

The charges for such assignments depend upon the catogery of the agents being used in the assignment. however, the charges/rates are as under:-

1. THE CHARGES FOR CAT 'A' AGENT IS RS 2500 PER DAY (8 HRS DUTY)
2. THE CHARGES FOR CAT 'B' AGENT IS RS 1800 PER DAY (8 HRS DUTY)
3. THE CHARGES FOR CAT 'C' AGENT IS RS 1200 PER DAY (8 HRS DUTY)

The above charge are for a minimum period of 15 days only.

These charges are for the day time ( from 0800 hrs to 1800hrs).

However, the charges for the night time (between 1900 hrs to 0800hrs) are double. The charges, if engaged for longer period are less. In case, the subject/ suspect moves out of Delhi and the client requests to follow / to continue to mount the mobile/ foot surveillance, then its charges will be double or would depend upon the place that can be discussed later on.

Note:- ALSO FOR HOLIDAYS AND SUNDAYS THE CHARGES ARE DOUBLE

After confirming the contract, a contract is signed. The client has to pay 75% advance of the total cost agreed upon at the initial stage. After making the payment, the commencement of the assignment/ job would be taken up. However, the balance amount will be paid after the completion of the assignment.

In case, any over time is spent on the assignment then naturally, the amount calculated has to be paid before commencing of the next day assignment. It should be made very clear so that client may not feel that he is being cheated or kept in dark to avoid unnecessary arguments.

All the reports of the assignments would be fed to the client as per the requirement including documents/ photographs, if any (as part of the investigation), the report can be sent either through Mail, Fax or can be collected personally from our office. However, still photographs can be sent via scanning, it all depends upon the clients.

If the client asks for Videography, then the amount will be double and depends upon the assignments.

EXPENDITURE ON MOBILE SURVEILLANCE

Our agency maintains total transparency, honesty and to avoid any confusion or any arguments later on. Our charges/rates are as under:

IT MAY BE MENTIONED THAT CAT C' AGENT IS NOT HIGHLY EXPERIENCED BUT ARE DEPUTED WITH THE CAT'B' & 'A' FOR ASSISTANCE THEY KEEP VERY LOW PROFILE IN THE ASSIGNMENT

We accept the payment through cheque/draft or cash from clients including from international. the payment can be made through wire transfer into the agency's account for cheque payments, this is subject to clearance of the cheque.
